Billing
|
|
|
Storage will be billed on the 1st day of each month, one month in advance. Upon
receipt of a new storage shipment, Spin will automatically bill the storage
customer for the current month's fees for said shipment. Monthly storage fees
are billed for each month in its entirety, regardless of how many days the
property was will actually be stored for.
All invoices must be paid in full prior to the release of goods from storage.
In the event that a customer's account becomes delinquent over 90 days, Spin
reserves the right to sell, auction or otherwise dispose of the stored property
in order to recover the delinquent balance. Any surplus of funds over the
balance on the delinquent account will be refunded to the customer.

Freight Carriers |
|
|
Spin can arrange bonded or domestic freight to or from our facility. All bonded
merchandise must be shipped via a bonded freight company. Spin will require a
copy of the freight companies bond if one of the companies listed below is not
used:

Incoming Shipments
|
|
|
All goods arriving at spin will require the following documentation:
1) Commercial Invoice
2) Packing List (must show equipment model and serial numbers)
3) Weight in lbs per item

Bonded Import Documentation |
|
|
Spin will process all bonded documentation from Port Everglades or Miami for a
fee of $65.00 per shipment. Any freight being transported to or from another
port may require a customs broker. Spin can assist with the names of brokers in
other locations. |
|
Domestic Import Documentation
|
|
|
All domestic (customs cleared) items entering or exiting spin's facility require
a domestic entry/exit documentation. The fee for this service is $30 for each
shipment entering or exiting our facility. |
|
Import Fees |
|
|
Any additional fees incurred as a result of a shipment will be billed to the
customer upon receipt of goods. They will appear as itemized charges on your
first invoice for the shipment. These fees may include Harbor Maintenance fees,
Import duties, Consumption Entry fees, and others. |
|
Outgoing Shipments |
|
|
All shipments of gaming equipment stored at our facility must eventually be
shipped to a legal destination. Legal destinations can be described as foreign
destinations or facilities that posses a current Department of Justice letter
authorizing them to be in possession of Gaming Equipment. |

Export Documentation |
|
|
Spin can process Shippers Export Documentation (S.E.D.) for all outgoing export
shipments; there will be a charge of $20.00 per S.E.D. In order to process and
file an S.E.D., Spin will require the following information:

Power of Attorney |
|
|
In order to process specific documentation required by the Foreign Trade Zone
(FTZ) and U.S. Customs, Spin requires a Power of Attorney on file from each of
its storage customers. |
|
Loss and Damage to Stored Property |
|
|
Spin shall exercise reasonable care to protect the property from theft or
damage. Responsibilty for theft or damage to property that does not result from
Spin's negligence shall be borne by the owner. |
